Quickstart - Charlie

Charlie is organized into four main sections:

Locations

Configure your fulfillment locations—warehouses, stores, 3PLs. Set up location types, tags, and daily capacity limits.

Block locations from fulfilling specific orders. Use product, customer, cart, inventory, or capacity rules to create hard restrictions.

Prioritize which locations fulfill orders first. Rank locations based on groups, product, customer, cart, inventory, or capacity rules.

Reserve inventory at each location to prevent overselling. Configure rules by product, collection, or location.
