flagship,franchise,b2b,outlet - Operations:

How to add tags
Using tags in rules
Once added, you can target locations by tag in your constraints and routing rules. Example filters:Location tag→flagship— rule applies only to flagship locationsLocation tag→east-coast— rule applies only to east coast locations
Tag strategy tips
Keep it simple
Start with a few tags and add more as needed. Too many tags become hard to manage.
Be consistent
Use a naming convention (lowercase, hyphens) so tags are easy to find and use.
Document your tags
Keep a list of your tags and what they mean so your team stays aligned.
Combine with types
Use types for broad categories (Warehouse, Store) and tags for specifics (region, capabilities).
