# Billing

> Plans, pricing, and how billing works with Charlie

Charlie offers four pricing plans based on your monthly online GMV (Gross Merchandise Value). Every plan includes the full feature set—higher tiers add dedicated support, white-glove onboarding, and a customer success manager.

## Free trial

Every plan includes a **15-day free trial** with full access to all features. No credit card required to start—billing only begins after the trial ends.

## How billing works

## FAQ

    Online GMV is the total value of orders placed through your online store (checkout). It does not include POS sales, draft orders, or refunded orders.

  <Accordion title="What happens if I exceed my GMV limit?">
    We'll reach out to discuss upgrading to the appropriate plan. We won't cut off your service unexpectedly.

  <Accordion title="Can I change plans mid-cycle?">
    Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is there a contract or commitment?">
    No. Charlie is billed every 30 days through Shopify. You can cancel anytime—no long-term contracts.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I cancel?">
    You can uninstall Charlie from your Shopify admin at any time. Billing stops immediately upon uninstallation.
